1 General Terms & Conditions

Hagy bet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online Sports Betting service operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hagy bet and each registered user.

By using the hagy bet website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If the terms are updated, we will post a notice on the platform, and your continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.

2 Account Registration

To place bets on hagy bet, you must have a valid registered account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. hagy bet reserves the right to close any account found to have been created with false information.

Key Registration Terms:

• Each individual is only one account can be created. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the hagy bet support team immediately.
• Only one account may be operated per household or per device.

3 Age Verification & KYC

To bet on hagy bet, the applicant must be at least 18 years or older is required. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. hagy bet reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• A selfie photo if required

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. hagy bet has made this process mandatory for the security of all users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Hagy bet supports fast and secure transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Hagy bet reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious account activity.

5 Betting Rules

Placing bets on hagy bet comes with specific rules that all users must follow. These Terms & Conditions apply to all types of betting — pre-match, live, and accumulator.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless hagy bet determines that exceptional circumstances warrant it.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Hagy bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data delay during live betting.
• If multiple accounts are used to gain an advantage on the same match from a single account, all associated bets will be voided.
• Hagy bet reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any bet.

Abandoned Matches & Results:

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, hagy bet will determine the result in accordance with standard sports rules. The Duckworth-Lewis method applies to cricket matches. In any disputed situation, hagy bet's decision is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Hagy bet regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the promotions page. However, some general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must generally meet a wagering requirement of a set number of times (typically 10–20x).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used within its validity period will be forfeited.
• One Account, One Bonus: Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Odds: To wager with bonus funds, bets must generally be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Hagy bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hagy bet platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game through illegal means
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Harassing or threatening other users

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Hagy bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity
• Court or regulatory authority orders
• Long-term inactive accounts (over 12 months)

Users can request account closure at any time by contacting the hagy bet support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to KYC verification and other applicable conditions.

9 Responsible Gaming

Hagy bet firmly believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage every user to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set limits on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
